Growing up in the Bronx, George Carlin was always the class clown. He rapidly became one of the most beloved comedians of our time, with a comedic appeal that continues to span generations. Carlin has appeared in many blockbuster films, including "The Prince of Tides," "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" and "Dogma." He will be starring in the film "Jersey Girl," set to be released during the first quarter of 2003. In addition to his 12 HBO performances, Carlin holds the distinct honor of being the first ever host of NBC's Saturday Night Live. He has won two Grammy Awards and continues to perform at venues around the country.
