A darker and grittier retelling of the classic Batman Mythos the trilogy follows billionaire Bruce Wayne, haunted from witnessing his parents murdered as a child, in his quest to making himself a formidable vigilante crimefighter to save Gotham City from becoming a wretched hive of rampant crime and corruption. Along the way, he meets the familiar allies and foes, and realizes the unintended concequences his presence brings upon the citizens of Gotham.
